Mr. Rinaldo Di Pasquo started his business in the catering sector in 1967 managing "Il Montarozzo" located inthe historical Appia Antica.

 

In 1972 Mr. Di Pasquo began a new business adventure by taking over "L'Acquedotto" restaurant and renamed it "Rinaldo all'Acquedotto".

 

Political conferences, tourist, business and cultural banquets made possible, in the following years, to upgrade the restaurant capacity up to the actual 1100 covers.

 

The owner Mr. Rinaldo is in charge of public relation and he takes care of the service making sure that each and every customer has been looked after, Mrs. Maria Teresa takes care of the reception and also looks after the till,her son is in charge of the account department and delivery.

 

Giancarlo is the floor manager and his experience gives to the service an extra touch of precision.

 

A wide range of dishes and their genuinity has heklped to classify the place as "suggested"...
